Launch into Leadership
In today’s fast-changing landscape, leaders need more than technical expertise. They need agility, empathy, and influence.
According to McKinsey, organisations that invest in leadership development are 2.4x more likely to hit their performance targets. Yet research by Capgemini shows that only 54% of businesses believe they have the leadership skills to drive successful change. That’s the gap this program helps you close.
Why this course?
The transition from an individual contributor to a leader is one of the most challenging — and least supported — steps in a technical career. Too often, high-performing engineers, analysts, or designers are promoted for their technical expertise, but not equipped with the tools to lead people, communicate strategically, or influence outcomes across the business. This course bridges that gap.
Kaleida's Launch into Leadership program helps participants understand the mindset shift from 'doing the work' to leading outcomes through others — providing the frameworks, confidence, and communication strategies to manage complex teams. Through hands-on workshops, peer discussions, and real-world case studies, they practice leading authentically, influencing without authority, and balancing technical credibility with strategic vision.
This course turns capable contributors into confident, credible leaders who uplift their teams and organisations.
Who is this course for?

Why Kaleida?
Our programs are practical, research-backed, and designed by leaders who’ve been in the trenches, creating learning experiences participants say they “miss when they’re over.”
We specialise in technical leadership, helping engineers, product managers, and delivery professionals transition into confident, capable leaders.

Live, Facilitated Cohorts: Real-time sessions with specialist trainers.
Peer-to-Peer Sparring: Problem-solve actual team challenges with a cohort of managers facing the same hurdles.
Active Implementation: No "homework", just frameworks and strategies you apply to your team the very next day.
