Susan Brander

After working in startups, medium sized companies and large corporates, I realised that I was hitting systemic and self imposed barriers in being seen or seeing myself as a leader, and as I looked around I saw no leaders like myself that I could approach or model. 

When I discovered the Tech Leading Ladies group I found a community of strong technical woman, who were forging their leadership path alongside me. I quickly gained the skills and confidence to accelerate my own career growth, and the impact that I was having in my organisations. I learned about our common struggles and ways to overcome them. Now I want to enable other technical leaders to use those learnings and build strong and diverse teams in their organisations.
